I started my in-home, office and virtual lactation services to support mamas who want to grow their baby with grace and desire the bond of breastfeeding.

I’m a mother of 2 tongue tied babies, 1 food reactive baby and a survivor of an anaphylactic egg allergy.

I know firsthand the struggles that breastfeeding, food allergies and tongue ties can bring.

I’m a Registered Nurse specializing in infant and maternal health and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with specialized training in tongue tie, oral rehabilitation, infant body work and breastfeeding through infant allergies/reactivites.

I have the training and expertise to help you through your issues.

I have seen firsthand how special each mama and babe are and how much of a struggle breastfeeding can be if you don’t have the help you need. It can feel like you are drowning in motherhood and can’t understand why you can’t feed your baby. I started Gracefully Grown Lactation and More to provide compassionate breastfeeding guidance and care.

I’m a small town girl and have the privilege of growing my family in the wide open spaces of Eastern Oregon alongside my husband. There is no place in the world I would rather be than out checking livestock or riding in the tractor with my family.

Working with families and mamas for many years before having my daughter I thought I knew it all. After having my daughter I realized how incredibly challenging and joyful having a baby can be. My eyes were opened after giving birth which made me even more passionate about what I do. Breastfeeding is such an incredible gift, and after having some struggles having a baby with a tongue tie I realized how much it truly is a gift to feed your baby.

My biggest passion is to help you succeed and enjoy the benefits and joy filled journey breastfeeding your baby can be, even if it means navigating the trenches of a tongue tied baby or a food reactive baby!

I can empathize with you as you navigate the modern western medical system.

I am here to listen to your concerns with you and your baby (not gaslit you!), give you my expertise with up to date information and to truly get the ROOT ISSUE of what is going on.
